With 9 Operating Rooms, the surgical team performs multi-specialty cases including Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, and more.
Reporting to the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services, Inpatient Surgery Nurse Manager will oversee clinical and administrative operations and manage dedicated team of 20
staff consisting of a Unit Coordinator, CNOR-Certified Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, RNFAs, and other support staff.
Responsibilities in this comprehensive role include budgetary oversight and implementing performance Improvement initiatives.
